Refund and Returns Policy

All sneakers must be returned in original condition, with the sneaker box and an outer box for protection. Returns without an outer box may be refused and returned to the customer if damaged.

If your return is not accepted, you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.

Items bought on sale or with a promotional code are not eligible.

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the item to us. Charges will be calculated once the return process has started.

 

How soon can I receive my refund?

 

Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
